Our August 2007 Lake Lanier Housing Market Report is complete and ready for your review. During August, the market once again experienced a decrease in the number of lakefront homes with docks sold on Lake Lanier according to the statistics that we review in First Multiple Listing Service, as we compare them to August of 2006. The report's average lakefront home closing prices were up by approximately 6.11 percent compared to the same month last year. The days on market increased to 121.
