We had a relaxing weekend here on Lake Lanier. Things were kind of quiet with Father's Day, but there was plenty of boating activity in our area of the Chestatee River on Lake Lanier.
As we evaluate recent selling activity on the lake, we noticed that lake home sales last month had an unusually strong sales price point. Our data shows that the prices of homes sold on the lake last month averaged in the $500,000 price range. That is great news for sellers! With that in mind, we thought that it might be a good idea to take a look at homes for sale on Lake Lanier in the price range of $500,000 to $600,000.
