I am often asked where the least expensive lake homes are located, if they are cheaper if they are further north and more rural, and what the average price of a Lake Lanier home is these days. Because of these types of questions, we thought that we would take a look at what the prices have been running on lake homes located in the different areas on Lake Lanier. As the second post in this series of posts, today we decided to analyze the pricing for a Lake Lanier home in
Dawsonville, Georgia for the months of January through October of 2013.
Our Dawsonville home sales search included lakefront homes with a dock, but did not include mobile or
modular homes. Only
