Lake Lanier Home Sales Report For May 2014! We Check The Lake Home Sales And Trends!

Today, we thought that we would take a look at the Lake Lanier home sales for May 2014. The market is heating up as Spring winds down and as Summer begins with the warm weather approaching.  Along with the warmer weather, more Lake Lanier home buyers are out shopping for homes as the market will soon peak, most likely in July. Our report shows that 31 homes sold in the month of May. That's a pretty strong number, and one that continues to strengthen as we move forward. But enough of the Small talk!
