Our February 2007 Lake Lanier Housing Market Report is complete and ready for your review. During February, the market experienced a decrease in the number of lake front homes with docks sold on Lake Lanier according to the statistics that we review in First Multiple Listing Service, as we compare them to February of 2006. The interesting points, however, are that the report's average lake front home closing prices were up once again from the same period last year, and the days on market were still relatively few at 111.
