We had the pleasure of showing Lake Lanier homes in resort community of Marina Bay this morning and even though the weather was cold and dreary, the lake views were fantastic. Because of the tremendous elevations in this community in Gainesville, Georgia, we were able to experience some breath-taking views south along the Chestatee River. The views stretched for miles towards War Hill Park in Dawsonville and Harbour Point in Gainesville. You could wake up every morning with these views from your bedroom windows!
