Our Listing At 5780 Oak Drive In Forsyth County Sells! Congratulations To Our Seller!

Our property listing at 5780 Oak Drive in Cumming has sold!  Located on the western side of Forsyth County, this property featured 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a master on main, two car garage and a partially finished full basement.  This home was meticulously maintained and very nicely decorated.  Also noteworthy was the large, private lot!  It made for a fantastic listing and logged an overwhelming number of showings in a very short period on time.  We used our professional photographer, who provided stunning photography that showed off all of the wonderful details of this beautiful property.  The selling price for 5780 Oak Drive was $160,100.  The closing price was slightly higher that the original listed price.  Congratulations to our seller, and to the fortunate buyers who were able to get the early offer submitted on this very popular property!
