Built in 1982 this one-and-a-half story A-frame, chalet had three bedrooms and two baths. There was a large wall of windows facing the lake which provided an excellent long-range view down the Chestatee River towards Chestatee Golf Resort. Also included was a single slip, covered boat dock on very nice, deep Chestatee River waters.
Overall, this property was an excellent value at the sales price of $320,000! With the position of the house on the lot there is plenty of room to expand the footprint of the home, possibly enlarging the kitchen and expanding the decks. There is a small cove off the main body of the Lake along the right side of the property, and out back just an the enormous view of the Chestatee River.
