Today in
Lake Lanier real estate, we were out on the lake showing homes for sale! We showed homes on Lake Lanier in Buford, Cumming, Dawsonville and Dahlonega. All of these homes were priced below $300,000 and had basements, garages and docks in place. It was a beautiful Fall day with temps in the 60's to 70's and plenty of Autumn color.
