Autumn Was Breezing In Along The Chestatee River At Lake Lanier This Morning As We Showed Lake Lanier Homes For Sale!

It's another gorgeous Autumn weekend here at Lake Lanier.  It was absolutely wonderful to get outside and show property this morning along the Chestatee River in Gainesville on Lake Lanier. While it was a bit overcast, it was cool, breezy and very much like Fall in North Georgia.  I was able to pick off a few photos of the Chestatee River as I looked out across the deep water towards Hall County. The leaves have not peaked with their dramatic color change just yet, but in a few weeks it will certainly be upon us.  Here's a short video from this morning!

The Beauty Of Working In Real Estate On Lake Lanier!

One of the best things about working on Lake Lanier is the opportunity to take short walks along the lake while you are out working showing properties or just a short walk around the lake as a break from the office.

Today, is one of those days just before the summer heat when the skies are cloudy and then sunny, and the breeze is blowing, and you just feel like the rain showers are on the way. I just had to stop for a moment and take this beautiful photo of Lathem Bay! Not long after I took this photo, the showers did indeed roll in. But this view was fantastic while it lasted!
