Now keep in mind that many of the month's closings will probably occur later in July, typically during the last week. So far, however, Lake Lanier sales for July 2012 appear to be shaping up pretty well and seem to be in line with what we've been seeing this summer. Will you be out on the lake this weekend? It looks like the rain is dissipating, but there should be sporadic showers in the afternoon. However, all things considered, we're thrilled to have the rainfall that we had during the week. Our lake water level actually went up this week and that's great news! See you at the lake!
