Today In Lake Lanier Real Estate! Out Showing Homes On Toto Creek At Lake Lanier!

Today in Lake Lanier Real Estate, we showed property along Toto Creek in Dawsonville.  This is one of my favorite areas of Lake Lanier.  The winter rain from the past few weeks has Lanier waters quite stained as you can see in the photos below.  However, the lake is now just about five feet below full pool which is fabulous for this time of year!  More rain is expected in the next few days, so we anticipate an unusually high water level for this time of year.  That's great news!
