Lake Lanier Home Showings For Tuesday, April 21, 2015! A Summary Of The Showings!

It was a beautiful evening yesterday on Lake Lanier! We were out shopping for homes from 5 o'clock until about 8:30 P.M. when it got dark. The main focus of yesterday's showings was to see homes in the $400,000-$500,000 price range, waterfront, with a dock in place. Our target area was Forsyth County and Dawson County close to Highway 400. We saw some interesting homes, but as usual, most of the homes had their pros and cons. As is often the case when shopping for homes on Lake Lanier, there tends to be a compromise between the home and the quality of the lot. While we did see some very good water lots, that usually interprets into steep lots. And if the homes have good water at the dock they are often smaller more weekend style homes. Nonetheless, it was a beautiful evening to be out in the cool weather and the spring breezes, while being lakefront on a quiet weekday evening. Whew!  What a week of showing activity here on Lake Lanier.  We've been showing lake properties virtually every day since last weekend.  The latest home tours covered the ever popular price range of $300,000 to $400,000.  Welcome back Lake Lanier buyers from Atlanta!

Lake Lanier Waterfront Lots For Sale For Under $100,000!
