Congratulations To Our Latest Lake Lanier Waterfront Home Buyers On The Purchase Of This Truly Unique, Custom Log Home In Gainesville On Lake Lanier!

This incredible waterfront Lake Lanier home at 9170 Bay Pointe Drive in Gainesville is indeed a true Lake resort! This one-of-a-kind property was located on a point lot and had the perfect private setting of tranquility and gorgeous sunset views.


A close level walk to the water and a grandfathered boathouse with party deck were only some of the features that our buyers were able to obtain. The shoreline of the property was completely lined with riprap and the deep Lake Lanier waters had a phenomenal crystal blue color.

This wonderful log home was originally built in 1996 as a custom-built home constructed of hand hewn logs from Montana along with stone for the base foundation. Lake Lanier Real Estate Today!

Gosh!  Sometimes I am really amazed at what money can buy in real estate in our Lake Lanier market area.  I constantly monitor low price homes in our area to see what might be available for first time home buyers or investors looking for rental properties.  Today, I ran across this gem of a property located just off of Browns Bridge Road in Gainesville, Georgia Hall County.  This is a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath, brick home with a fenced yard and a carport.  Kinda' reminds me of the home I grew up in.  It's a HUD property priced at $39,000!  Really?!  Check it out! 6 Cherry Cir. Gainesville, GA. 30506  And it's just a few miles from the lake, boat ramps and downtown Gainesville.

The market is still tough for Lake Lanier waterfront lots.  But today, our searches revealed three new lot listings on Lanier that could be worth a look.  All are priced below $200,000 and provide good water, views and access to the lake with boat docks.  You can see the details on each at the following links:
