Our Oakwood home sales search included lakefront homes with a dock, but did not include mobile or modular homes. Only stick-built homes were counted in this search. Our results found only 8 home sales with the average price coming in at $460,175. Of course, Oakwood does not comprise a very large area of shoreline on Lake Lanier, and it was expected to have a smaller number of sales due to the aspect of location.
