However, after an exhaustive search, they began to realize that in order to purchase a home that was suitable to what they wanted, they were going to have to spend a lot more money or purchase a near-lake home that would be close to the water. They opted for the near-lake choice and purchased this beautiful, newly constructed home in a lakefront community with a lakeside pavilion and community boat dock. It was an excellent choice, and they ended up purchasing a lot more square footage and home features that they otherwise could not have purchased. Sometimes being near the lake versus waterfront is the perfect solution!
