Today we're back in our local MLS checking on the stats for Lake Lanier home sales so far in the month of June. As of today, June 19, here is the latest:
Lake Lanier Home Sales With 11 homes already closed this month, things seem to be shaping up pretty well. Average sales price is in the high $400,000 range which appears positive too. Last year, 26 homes closed on the lake in June. That was the most of any month in 2011. We'll have to wait a few more days to see if we can out-pace 2011.
Yesterday, we took a look at homes on Lake Lanier that are currently for sale in the $500,000-$600,000 price range. With the aforementioned average price for June sales, let's take a look at
