Our June 2007 Lake Lanier Housing Market Report is complete and ready for your review. During June, the market experienced a decrease in the number of lake front homes with docks sold on Lake Lanier according to the statistics that we review in First Multiple Listing Service, as we compare them to June of 2006. The report's average lakefront home closing prices were up by approximately 8.35 percent, however, compared to the same month last year. The days on market were still relatively few at 67.
