What a weekend! Saturday was the perfect weather day for showing homes for sale on
Lake Lanier! We were out all morning looking at waterfront homes with docks priced under $300,000. I was impressed by the homes that we visited, and I will say that there are a number of homes in this price range that will really surprise you with the water view, depth of water and condition of the home.
We spent most of our time in Cumming on the
Forsyth County side of Lake Lanier. We showed the following four homes and visited the waterfront on each property. With the lake at full pool and Spring in the air, it was a very pleasant time to be on Lake Lanier. I wished that we could have seen more homes! Inventory is still a bit light. If you are considering selling your Lake Lanier home or real estate, this market may be one of the best times to list in the last five years. The lake is gorgeous, mortgage rates are still attractive and there is quite a bit of pent up buyer demand.
