Lake Lanier Waterfront Home Sales For QTR1 2017 Versus QTR1 2016! A Quick Look At The Trend!
We are really anxious to get into the details of what's going on here with the Lake Lanier waterfront home sales trends. We did a quick comparison this morning, looking at 2017 First Quarter Home Sales versus 2016 First Quarter Home sales. If you look at the tale of two charts below, it appears that 2017 is off by about 9% to 10%, when compared to the sales from 2016 in the same time period. We hope to get a few more details on this as we continue to research. We'll have to dig on these numbers a bit more to get additional trends. But for now, things appear to be a little bit slower out of the gate in 2017.

December 2007 Lake Lanier Housing Market Report
Our December 2007 Lake Lanier Housing Market Report is complete and ready for your review. During December, the market experienced a decrease in the number of lakefront homes with docks sold on Lake Lanier according to the statistics that we review in First Multiple Listing Service, as we compare them to December of 2006. However, the average sale prices continue to increase on a year over year basis. This is great news, especially considering current Lake Lanier low water levels.
