Georgia Association of REALTORS® Reports Increasing Upward Trend In Georgia's Housing Market! We See Similar Improvements Here At Lake Lanier!

I just received my GAR monthly e-Newsletter, and it starts with the following good news for the Georgia housing market:

Housing Indicators for February show an increase in momentum for Georgia's housing market:
  • Median Prices rose 31 percent
  • Average Prices rose 21 percent 
  • New Listings decreased 6 percent
  • Pending Sales were up 27 percent
  • Inventory Levels shrank 30 percent
  • Months Supply of Homes for Sale decreased 31 percent
  • Days on Market decreased 17 percent to 80 days
  • Percent of Original Price Received increased 4 percent to 95.2 percent
