Today was a special day in real estate as we were able to successfully close on the property at
406 Monarch Lake Drive in the Wexford Community at
Woodmont Golf and Country Club in Canton. As we've mentioned before, this was not a Lake Lanier home, but a fantastic, luxury home on a small watershed lake in east Cherokee County. This was the first sale in quite some time that we were able to close earlier than the projected contract close date. A special thanks to
