On Friday of last week, we said goodbye to one of our favorite listings at 2375 Well Springs Drive in Buford. This was a phenomenal listing from the get-go! This property received many showings on average per week, and was one of those listings that did not take long to sell. The new purchasers wound up getting a great deal. They walked away with this glorious home for $275,000! The sellers paid closing costs of $1000. All in all, this was a win-win for both the buyers and the sellers. This was a great example of a home that was very well-maintained and looked after.
