It's almost time for our annual waterfront lot market report for Lake Lanier! We have pulled the data from FMLS, and we are reviewing the sales with a post at www.LakeSidneyLanierHomes.com forthcoming in the next day or two. A quick review shows that more lots sold in 2009 compared to last year. There were a number of foreclosure/bank owned properties that sold in the group. Overall, sale prices ranged from $100,000 dollars on the low end to $615,000 on the high end. Even though there was an increase in sales, the days on market was much longer at an average of 150 days.
