Lake Lanier Real Estate Today! Dodging The Rain Showers & Showing Lake Lanier Homes!
In Lake Lanier Real Estate today, we were dodging the rain showers and showing homes. We were able to stay dry and still get by three Lake Lanier homes in Gainesville. The homes were all priced in the $500,000 to $600,000 price ranges. Very nice homes on good water. We also captured a few nice lake photos. Lake Lanier Real Estate Today! A Look At Recent Property Showings And A Few Lake Lanier Waterfront Home Deals!
This past weekend, we had the pleasure of showing the following three properties. All of the homes were foreclosures, and the first one was actually a Lake Lanier waterfront home. Each home was in reasonably good condition for a foreclosure in each given price range. Therefore, we thought that we would post the homes as an alert to our area home buyers looking for nice homes in the area and in the price ranges shown. Lake Lanier Area Home Showings From Saturday! And A Return To Rico's World Kitchen!
Wow! We had another tremendous day of Lake Lanier home showings on Saturday. We departed from Cumming early Saturday morning and headed up to the Prudential Georgia Realty Office in Gainesville to pick up our client at 9:30. From there, we started our home visits. Here is a list of the Lake Lanier area homes that we viewed:
We saw a lot of great homes and even took a few photos along the way!

We enjoyed a tremendous lunch at Skogie's at Gainesville Marina. Blackened Grouper soft tacos with a few hush puppies on the side! But even that couldn't keep us from hitting Rico's World Kitchen in Buford for dinner. Another fantastic dinner in old town Buford. Fantastic Fried Green Tomato Salad and a few Crab Cakes! Rico's rocks!

Today In Lake Lanier Real Estate! See Our Buyer's Tour For Today!
Today in Lake Lanier real estate, we'll be covering the lower half of the Google Map below! We have a number of homes scheduled for viewing, and we know that our travels will be extensive.
