Housing Indicators for February show an increase in momentum for Georgia's housing market:
- Median Prices rose 31 percent
- Average Prices rose 21 percent
- New Listings decreased 6 percent
- Pending Sales were up 27 percent
- Inventory Levels shrank 30 percent
- Months Supply of Homes for Sale decreased 31 percent
- Days on Market decreased 17 percent to 80 days
- Percent of Original Price Received increased 4 percent to 95.2 percent
