We're working on putting together a lake lot purchase and noticed many changes in the GAR land contract. FYI, if you haven't purchased a lot or land tract in the past six months, there are some big additions to our contracts!
We continue to get many requests for information on homes for rent. We really are in need of lakefront and off lake homes for Property Management Inventory and rental availability. It was a big weekend out on Lake Lanier this past Saturday and Sunday. There were long waits at the restaurants and lake businesses. The weather was phenomenal, as expected. Reports we're getting are that favorites like
