Our January 2007 Lake Lanier Housing Market Report is complete and ready for your review. During January, the market experienced a slight decrease in the number of lake front homes with docks sold on Lake Lanier according to the statistics that we review in First Multiple Listing Service, as we compare them to January of 2006. The interesting points, however, are that the report's average lake front home closing prices were up substantially once again from the same period last year, and the days on market were still relatively few at 79.
