Our December 2006 Lake Lanier Housing Market Report is complete and ready for your review. During December, the market experienced a decrease in the number of lake front homes with docks sold on Lake Lanier according to the statistics that we review in First Multiple Listing Service, as we compare them to December of 2005. The interesting points, however, are that the report's average lake front home closing prices were up once again from the same period last year, and the days on market were still relatively moderate at 108.
