Our November 2006 Lake Lanier Housing Market Report is complete and ready for your review. During November, the market experienced a decrease in the number of lake front homes with docks sold on Lake Lanier according to the statistics that we review in First Multiple Listing Service, as we compare them to November of 2005. The interesting points, however, are that the report's average lake front home closing prices were up strongly from the same period last year, and the days on market were relatively moderate at 50.
