Little Ridge Trail At Lake Lanier

A few days ago, I was able to arrange a little free time and decided to take the wife and my puppy on a walk at nearby Little Ridge Trail on Lake Lanier. I was told that the trail is relatively new and somewhat unknown. It is located on the south end of the lake near Lanier Beach South. The trail is an easy walk at about 1.05 miles and is fairly level. It has numerous paths that branch off from the main trail and go out to the shoreline. There are a few benches for seating and the views are very good across the south end of Lanier. On our afternoon, the showers were moving in.
