As avid water sports enthusiasts, they really liked the convenience of being able to trailer their ski boat to this nearby launch site and being on the water in a matter of minutes. As we've said in previous posts, if you don't necessarily have to be waterfront, you can save thousands on the price of a Lake Lanier home by locating just a few minutes away and still have great access to the water!
