Congratulations To Our Latest Lake Lanier Property Buyers On Their Purchase Of This Large Waterfront Lot In Gainesville!  Located at 3489 Talking Leaves Trail in Sequoia Springs subdivision, this lakefront lot was located in a cul-de-sac and featured 1.2 acres of land for building a beautiful lake home!

This property was a great deal for our clients because of the easy access to the lake, nice water views and of course the pricing at less than $80,000!  There wasn't a dock or dock permit on this property because it was located in a protected area of Lake Lanier that is actually isolated from the main lake due to the location of Chestatee Road as it crosses over a finger of the lake near Lathem Creek. For our clients, this location was not a deterent factor because they liked the privacy and were not interested in boating beyond canoeing and kayaking which this area was ideal.  There was no time constraint on buiding, and the property could be held for investment purposes without having to start contruction immediately.
