Lake Lanier Boat Tour Of Johnson Creek, Lathem Bay, Taylor Creek, War Hill & More!

These last few weekends have been absolutely gorgeous on Lake Lanier! Nothing disappointing whatsoever, especially if you're into boating once the weather cools down. I'm really getting convinced that this is my favorite time of year! Most of the weekenders seem to have tapered back in their visits to the lake as they focus more on school activities with the kids, college football, pro football, and other events.

This makes for a great boating experience on the lake. We were able to escape this past weekend and get out a little bit while the weather was cooler and the day was picture perfect. We took our old Sea Ray out for a run. We started in Johnson Creek, headed out to Lathem Bay, then on to the Chestatee River, to Taylor Creek, over to War Hill Park and back again.
