Located in the highly desirable Kilough Church Road area of Dawsonville, our Lake Lanier home buyers got an excellent property at 1886 Kilough Church Road, which was originally listed at $474,900. Located in the cul-de-sac and on a point lot, this property had a level walk, grass to the waters edge, and tremendous views of excellent deep water along Thompson Creek at Lake Lanier!
The Home included three bedrooms and three full baths. It was originally built in 1981 as a cottage in the upscale lake neighborhood of Sunrise.
