Dan Forsman, President & CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties addressed a packed house of our associates and employees at Glendalough Manor. Dan shared updates on our company performance and several exciting new announcements. Some of the highlights included:
- Company Performance - BHHS Georgia Properties continues to lead the Metro Atlanta real estate market in transactions, buyers and listed inventory. We have also added a substantial number of new productive agents to our company. Click here for the Charts.
- Luxury Growth Report - BHHS Georgia Properties released the latest Luxury Market Growth report. The company has grown units, volume and listed inventory more than any other luxury player in Metro Atlanta. The introduction of the innovative Elegance Campaign is one of the key drivers of these results. Click here to view the report.
- $50,000 Sweepstakes - BHHS and HGTV have introduced a new $50,000 Sweepstakes plus a consultation with Joanna & Chip Gaines from the hit HGTV show FIXER UPPER. There are a series of television ads with Joanna & Chip to support the campaign. This incredible sweepstakes is already the most successful campaign HGTV has ever seen. - National Television Ads - BHHS is running an excellent new national TV ad for listings. Click here to view the ad.
- Berkshire Hathaway 50th Anniversary - Dan highlighted the power of the Berkshire Hathaway brand. The annual shareholders meeting in May will bring tremendous exposure that we intend to leverage. Dan showed the "Happily Ever After" video that was produced by Forbes to celebrate the 50th anniversary. Click here to view the video.
- MEGA Open House - Dan announced the results of our latest MEGA Open House event with 471 open houses on display. We awarded new iPad Airs to a consumer and one of our associates. The next event is May 17th. These events have been extremely effective in generating new buyers and new listings for our associates.
- Print Advertising Examples - Dan showed examples of the significant number of print ads that our company is running to bring more awareness and leads for our associates and their listings. - More Online Exposure - Dan showed examples of new online exposure in the Wall Street Journal, Unique Homes, duPont Registry and our strategic partnership with the International MLS.
