Lake Lanier Home Sales Stats Encouraging!

We've just completed our Lake Lanier Housing Market Report for August, and we feel encouraged by the the trend that has developed for 2011. In almost every month, the number of home sales and the sales prices have increased over the same month's comparison in 2010. This bodes very well for lake residents and values, as we see them going into the Fall. The trend indicates a solid pick up in lake transactions and sales prices.
