• Our Exterior Walls: Peachtree Residential uses OSB sheathing on the exterior of our homes and combined with our house wrap, our homes provide structural integrity with added insulation benefits.
• Our Windows: Our classic double hung, wood windows are also individually wrapped for extra protection from air and water infiltration providing peace of mind.
• Our Insulation: Peachtree Residential uses both R-30 blown insulation in our flat ceilings and R-30 Batts insulation in vaulted areas and rooms over the garage. Our walls are R-13 Batts providing energy efficiency.
• Our Exterior Materials: Fiber-Cement siding, provides exceptional protection from the elements and is fire and termite resistant. In addition, brick and real stone (not synthetic) are structurally sound building products that also provide a timeless appeal.
• Our Roofing: Our roof systems are comprised of 2 X 6 rafters with 2 X 6 or 2 X 8 ceiling joists with 7/16” OSB for decking. A 30 year Chalet shingle provides the ultimate protection.
• Structurally Inspected: Every Peachtree home is inspected by a third party structural engineer for additional peace of mind that we are constructing a solid, quality built home.
