Lake Lanier Dock Permits Approaching Limit

As many of you probably know, the number of new dock permits to be issued on Lake Lanier is fast approaching the maximum limit. There is a fair amount of speculation as to the impact that this will have on property values in and around Lake Lanier. Many people in the area anticipate an increase in land values once the limit is reached and no new, additional permits are allowed. We will have to wait and see the true impact of the limitation.
