Today, as part of our throwback series, we are highlighting this Lake Lanier waterfront home located at 491 Sams Road, Dawsonville, Georgia.  We assisted our client in purchasing this lightly remodeled Lake Lanier cabin in May of 2005!  This was a small cabin located on a very private, wooded lot uniquely located on both sides of Sams Road.  The home was actually located across the street from the lake, but as our property survey revealed, the lot actually included a small parcel on the waterfront across the street!  There was a platform/swim dock included which made the home a perfect pick for clients wanting a place to keep kayaks and a small boat.  A ride down Sams Road today is almost like a trip back in time as you pass by similar old cabins across the street from the lake, but with lake access.  This one was a deal at $210,000!
