Status: Sold (Closed Transactions)

Lake Frontage: The home must be a waterfront property on Lake Lanier as described as lake frontage in the First Multiple Listing Service.

Property Category: Our analysis includes only residential detached homes as categorized in FMLS.

Georgia Housing Market Snapshot For September. All information provided courtesy of the Georgia Association REALTORS®.

Key indicators for the Georgia housing market for September are in. New listings, prices, and sales are up, while inventory remains low.

New Listings increased 11.8 percent to 13,562.
Pending Sales were up 11.8 percent to 9,965.
Inventory levels shrank 5 percent to 36,875 units.
The Median Sales Price increased 10.6 percent to $220,000.
Days on Market was down 9.4 percent to 48 days.
Months Supply of Inventory was down 10.5 percent to 3 months.
