Key indicators for the Georgia housing market for June are in! The market has been hot this summer, with prices continuing to rise and a slight uptick in new listings.
  • New Listings increased 2 percent to 17,182.
  • Pending Sales were up 8 percent to 12,646. 
  • Inventory levels shrank 12 percent to 35,485 units.
  • The Median Sales Price increased 10 percent to $229,900. 
  • Days on Market was down 13 percent to 46 days. 
  • Months Supply of Inventory was down 18 percent to 3 months.
