Area: All counties with frontage on Lake Lanier. Specifically Forsyth, Dawson, Lumpkin, Hall, and Gwinnett counties.

Status: Sold (Closed Transactions)

Lake Frontage: The home must be a waterfront property on Lake Lanier as described as lake frontage in the First Multiple Listing Service.

Property Category: Our analysis includes only residential detached homes as categorized in FMLS.

This market analysis is deemed to be accurate but is not warranted. It is meant to give a general idea and overview of the current housing market for waterfront homes on Lake Lanier.

Saturday Home Showing & A Few Photos At Lake Lanier!

It was a beautiful day to show properties on Lake Lanier on Saturday. It was still a little cool out since we started in the morning. But, the temperatures quickly increase into the 60's and everything was absolutely beautiful. We are in full bloom here with all of the trees and florals popping, and yes the pollen is too!

We were able to see three Lake Lanier homes on Saturday. Here is a list of the homes that we visited...

I was able to collect a few photos along the way. These shots are of the waterfront at Lake Lanier from different points in Dawsonville and Gainesville. There was a fishing tournament going on this weekend so there were a number of boats in the coves, slowly trolling around hunting for bass. That's a common activity this time of year.
