From the beginning of our property search, our clients knew that they ultimately wanted to be waterfront on Lake Lanier's northern side.  Whether on the Chestatee River or on the Chattahoochee River, location wasn't as important as having a calmer, quieter setting for relaxing and having smooth water for barefoot skiing!



We looked at homes on Wahoo Creek in Gainesville as well as Toto Creek in Dawsonville.  In the end, our clients decided on this bargain property on the Chestatee River in Murrayville.  If you want value and a lot of lake property for the money, Murrayville has a lot to offer.  This can be especially true in the community of Mountain View Lake Estates on Lake Lanier.  We've completed quite a few sales in this community over the years, and there are some attractive homes at attractive prices if you'll venture this far north on the lake.
