Change Of Owner Process For Dock Permits On Lake Lanier...What's required?

This document describes the change of owner process for dock permits associated with real estate on Lake Lanier, and anyone going through this process should contact the U.S Army Corps Of Engineers for more details and explanation. However, this is the current standard for change of ownership as explained to me on my latest visit to the Shoreline Management Office at Buford Dam on Lake Lanier in June 2016. This process is subject to change at any time. These documents provide a good guideline and starting point as to what a property owner with a dock permit on Lake Lanier should expect to have to include on an application to put the permit in his or her name.
