Lake Lanier Real Estate Today! Dodging The Rain Showers & Showing Lake Lanier Homes!
In Lake Lanier Real Estate today, we were dodging the rain showers and showing homes. We were able to stay dry and still get by three Lake Lanier homes in Gainesville. The homes were all priced in the $500,000 to $600,000 price ranges. Very nice homes on good water. We also captured a few nice lake photos. Prudential Georgia Realty's Summer Masters' Event Details!
Today in Lake Lanier Real Estate, we hit the road south to Dunwoody to attend Prudential Georgia Realty's Summer Masters' Networking event! This was an exclusive, invitation only seminar at the Crown Plaza Ravinia for Prudential Georgia Realty's Masters level agents. What a fantastic, enjoyable, learning event with a gold medal lineup of event speakers and presentations.
We heard from Dan Forsman, the CEO of Prudential Georgia Realty, about trends and statistics in the Atlanta real estate market. Dan presented Prudential's strength in the market numbers and the statistics that show Prudential Georgia Realty as the #1 player in the Metro-Atlanta real estate market.
Next, we heard from Toni McGowan, Executive Vice-President of Real Estate Operations about rules and regulations involving agent ownership of real estate and rental properties. Topics such as rental ownership, leasing services, managing escrows and rent, and licensing requirements when dealing with personal ownership in real estate.
Special Guest Speaker, Ned Blumenthal, Attorney with Weissman Nowack Curry & Wilco, discussed legal topics in today's real estate world and presented cautionary legal advice on hot issues that are cropping up in the Atlanta housing market.
And finally, and most importantly, Prudential Georgia Realty announced the introduction of its highly touted New Movers Smart Magazine. This is a digital real estate magazine that will be rolling out next week. It will be a tremendous online resource covering research and data on over 110 local cities and areas. It will include data on area geography, history, schools, things to do, and an incredible market trends video for each of these independent market areas. Wow! This product is truly a home run for the new mover, real estate buyer, and our clients looking for real estate information, search, data and details in our Metro Atlanta market. Our area of Lake Lanier and the surrounding cities are covered thoroughly as well. Lake Lanier Real Estate Today! July Lake Lanier Home Sales Report!
Here we are at July 15, 2012! It's time to put a final tally on Lake Lanier homes sales for the month of July. We predicted a good month for sales on Lanier, and it seems that even though July has passed, the sales tally for the month has continued to grow. So, two weeks after the close of the month, I believe it is finally time to close the books on the sales for last month. Here is a look at the numbers that we see in our FMLS system for Lake Lanier lakefront homes with a dock or dock permit in place.

Photos From Saturday's Lake Lanier Boat Ride!
The rain cleared away Saturday afternoon and left us with pretty weather for boating on Lake Lanier. We headed toward Browns Bridge for a look at some properties and took a few pictures along the way. Here are some of the pics of what we saw near Pine Forest Road in Gainesville, on the northern side of Browns Bridge Road.
