The home is located on a waterfront lot with a platform dock in place and included approximately 100 feet of water frontage on Lake Lanier. The home was listed with 2815 square feet which included a full basement that was finished and an upstairs area as well. It was last listed on July 2nd, 2014 for an original list price of $375,000. The sellers then reduced the price of the home to $360,000 in September. At that point, our buyers picked it up and put it under contract in late September. The inspection showed that the home was in very good condition and did not need many repairs. It was virtually move in ready. We closed on the home with our buyer clients last week at a final sales price of $355,000.
