Generally speaking, most homes here on Lake Lanier don't come standard with three and four car garages. But there are certainly some for sale. It seems that there is always a need for an extra bay to store your boat in the off season, or even storage for jet skis and other lake toys. On lots that are steep or difficult to get to the lake, many homeowners keep a golf cart, ATV or riding lawn mower in the extra bay.
