Cumming Georgia March Real Estate Video Update! See The Surprising Trends & Stats!

We just received the latest real estate market report for Cumming, Georgia and I have to admit the numbers are a little bit surprising.  The video report below, provides data findings for all of Cumming, not just waterfront homes in Cumming on Lake Lanier.  So, the surprising news to me is that inventory of homes for sale in all of Cumming is still down.  It is actually lower than last year!  Days on market was lower, sales prices were generally higher, but the number of sales was down from last year...Could we be looking at a local real estate market in Cumming that has gotten a little ahead of itself?  Checkout the market video below for more details!
