Lake Lanier Weekend Recap! Showing Lake Lanier Homes By Day, Lake Lanier Dining At Night!

It's been another great weekend here at Lake Lanier!  Friday kicked off the weekend with a visit to one of our local faves.  You can guess it!  Yes, it was Rico's World Kitchen!  As always, Rico's served up a fabulous dining experience.  This place just continues to pack them in.  Friday evening was no different, with patrons waiting in the lobby/bar area, dining on the patio and inside.  My wife and I indulged in the special appetizer cheese dip with seafood filling.  Think crawfish, crab, lobster all in a fantastic warm cheese dip with chips!  Yea, it was delicious.  For entrees, we opted for the Grilled Ahi Tuna and Fried Shrimp over Pina Colada Slaw with a side of Black Rice.  Absolutely phenomenal!  And of course, a bit of the Silver Peak Chardonnay to bring it all together.  I have said it before, and will say it again!  You must try Rico's World Kitchen!

The weekend actually started on Friday with some fantastic Lake Lanier homes for sale in the $2M to $3M price range.  We showed a number of homes in this group.  What's not to like when you're waterfront on Lake Lanier with all of the goodies.  These homes represented all of the benefits and comfort one could imagine in Lake Lanier living.  Fantastic water frontage, gorgeous lake views, architecturally designed and crafted custom homes.  Here's a list of the ones we saw.

We finished up our weekend with time on the water Sunday afternoon.  A nice afternoon boating cruise along Thompson Creek, the Chestatee River, and a bit of Taylor Creek.  No rain, just a few threatening clouds.  The finally to a wonderful weekend at Lake Lanier!
